Bulu, the Buffy Fish Owl
Bulu, the Buffy Fish Owl (Ketupa ketupu) who we confiscated on the 1st of March 2013 is already released!. This beautiful bird we confiscated when he was still a baby and could not even fly and we had to hand feed him.
Now 3 months later he is catching his own fish out of the pool and is he ready for release. We had performed the procedure to get the release papers from the forestry department and finally on 13th June we released him. We release him here in Cikananga habitat; it is a save and good environment for him, with enough food.
